I closed one last week for my Partner in Augusta GA.. 

If these leads are very precious / motivated, maybe some in-person or more personable marketing would be the way to go.

There are some gems (OK maybe only semi precious stones) In the leftover list but you have to weed through a lot of crap to find them.

I have checked occupancy calendars and most are sparse still and I know that has to do with the time of year.I am doing a 100k rehab on a house in the Augusta Road Area.

Today I discovered the Augusta Rule.
