Hello All,

I am new to this forum and I'm excited to connect with other Investors in the Augusta, Ga market.

 Anyone have any recommendations for investor friendly attorneys in Augusta? Also what is the current fix and flip buy-formula that investors are using in Augusta? Any help/recommendations are greatly appreciated!
