@Augusta Owens if you are looking in the DFW metroplex, viable tris and quads are harder to come by.

Other ways of using SDIRAs could be to invest in syndications, performing  or non-performing debt, precious metals, raw land, precious metals, mobile home parks, self-storage facilities and more. 

The weekly rentals were $8,000 (June) & $8,500 (July-August) As the summer season rental is approaching us, we are faced with a tough decision.
