So many pet owners it would be difficult to rent them without allowing pets.I charge a $250 non refundable pet fee plus $35 each month for each pet.Check with your insurance carrier some dogs are prohibited.

Speaking on the insurance piece, some insurance carriers will give a discount if you pay for the insurance as opposed to putting it in the Escrow account-- less paperwork for the insurance company.
