Escrow in the monthly payment

Hello everyone,

I need an opinion on Escrow. We're recently bought a condo and will rent it out in a few month. I have a question wether to escrow the home insurance, tax, and HOA in the montly payment or pay it ourselves. What's th pros and cons of escrow it in monthly? Thanks in advance for the input!
