Allrisk Homeowners Insurance

Has anyone ever used “Allrisks” homeowners insurance out of Richmond Virginia? They are an excess lines carrier and my insurance broker seemed to be cautious with insuring with them. They aren’t a regulated insurer in NJ where the property is.

Has anyone had an experience working with them?

@Jason Bott have you heard of this company?

Chris, it could be All Risks.  If so, they are one of the country's largest wholesale brokers.  They represent nonstandard companies, so you do need to really understand what the policy covers and does not cover.
