You can't give it back to them in cash after you are paid , you can't waive your brokerage's portion.

In order to get MLS access here in Missouri you will have to hang your license under a brokerage as well as join the KCRAR.

Host open houses for other agents in your brokerage and take any referral or lead you get in the beginning regardless of how terrible it is.

I recently passed my exam in california and just signed with a small brokerage.
