Seeking direct mail services for apartment building owners

Does anyone specialize in direct mail services for apartments? Our commercial brokerage team has been primarily based on working with Buyer’s. We are looking to spend a considerable amount to generate direct mail messaging that works in Columbus and Cincinnati. We are looking for full service including list pulling, writing copy for the letters, etc. we want this to be the primary way that we generate leads and listings. Any tips or advice is appreciated.
