I am curious about this technology, but haven't taken the time to investigate further.

So now we're putting down our roots in SD (she works in Irvine, for a sports technology company, I work in La Jolla for a small asset management firm) and are looking to put some of our hard-earned capital to work in the real estate market. 

The Gen X population as the tie between the end of the industrial age and the beginning of the technology age has mostly purchased their homes.

I understand that costs would vary based on location but if we can use snapchat to turn people into dogs i am sure that same technology could be used to create detailed scope of work.The same question applies to creating a scope of work from a interior image.

Maybe it's not a ghost at all but an alien with cloaking technology so the tenants cannot see it. 

I think advances in telecommuting, the electric car's increasingly growing range and cheapening mileage costs, and of course autonomous driving technology will continue to change the game a lot for commuters.

Right now I am building a new stack of technology to make it even better for our use.
