Has anyone used a white label crowdfunding platform to handle their investor verification, communication, advertising and backend? I'm trying to decide if it makes sense to use a platform like FundAmerica, CrowdStreet and others to handle the backend for our next private placement. Thanks! Brian

Yup....most of your money should be spent marketing and developing relationships with investors.  The legal and tech are really commodities and will continue to follow the commodity curve for value long term.
