You can collect rent multiple ways.  Automatic ACH payment to your account through a third party.  You can use Cozy or other vendors no cost to you.  I use my bank account where they receive a notice (invoice) and a link to pay it.  You can collect it in person or by mail.  There are multiple ways to collect, the most common is ACH.
