Oh yes and by the way while you are dealing with all this you also probably have investors who are now incredibly antsy and become a much bigger hassle to deal with so you get to deal with both at the same time.Oh and this whole time the valuation of the buildings are going down so good luck getting additional capital if your reserves were not good enough and if you are putting in personal money you have to think if you are throwing good money after bad in a losing cause.

As long as rents are paying the mortgage that's a good enough investment to me since I'm going to hold it and let it appreciate (if it doesn't on a small chance then at least someone else will have paid it off in 30 years or less).
