Describe Your Best MH Deal!
My best deal ever was a double-wide manufactured home that I purchased for $4,900.00 and sold it for $18,500.00 cash. Oh, and did I mention that the buyer paid all the moving costs?
What was your best deal?

I like buying single wides for about $4 or $5k with only a $100 deposit to hold the home until the folks move out and I do a final inspection. I sell these for $9 to $12k plus moving costs with little to no rehab. I love turning $100 in $12,000 in less than 30 days with no additional holding costs! Get them under contract and then sell before you actually have to pay and use your buyers money to finalize your purchase of just flip the deal to them! You can't beat the returns:)
