I saw mention of just creating a promissory note between myself and the LLC but that seems very flimsy to me.As an alternative I was considering applying for a 0% business card, but I hate to have the credit inquiry on my report if the application is either going to be denied or approved with a small credit limit.I will discuss with my CPA but given the time of year he may not get to me right away.

Be sure to establish your minimum criteria to rent, place a decent ad that gives enough information so people can self eliminate themselves if they are unlikely to meet your criteria, prepare yourself for the onslaught of inquiries, ask good questions before taking the time to show the properties.

s - it's all done through the local housing authorities.If you want to call the nearest one in Mass to ask if they cover any areas in RI you certainly can, but I'd be very surprised if they did since this all comes down from Federal funding via HUD and I strongly suspect they segment their funding on a state by state basis.Worth a phone call to double check though, if you're really getting that many inquiries.

After implementing this change we cut our 2nd line questions in half, meaning that after an inquiry we had at least half of the guests asking if the deposits were non-refundable or not, now we just book, no 2nd line questions about that at all, they get it.
