Renting to temporary accomodation companies

Can people share their experience renting to a tenant through a temporary accommodation company? I am a new landlord and I have received some inquiries from companies who are looking for houses for tenants whose house has burnt down. They say that the lease will be signed with the tenants, but the payments will be done by the company.

This arrangement looks a little odd to me, as the paying company does not have any contract with me the landlord. I will highly appreciate any tips/experiences you have had.

Thanks.
