The most useful information I have used towards running a real estate business is the bachelors degree I received from a 4 year accredited university.

I'm married, no kids, and have a bachelors degree in accounting.

While you may find it a waste of time like we did, most jobs/people require at least a bachelor's degree.

Hello Everyone,It had always been a dream of mine to be a Real Estate Investor/Developer, but somewhere along the line life just got in the way and it never came to fruition.I do have a fairly decent knowledge base to start building upon though.I received an Associates degree in Construction Technology and a Bachelors degree in Construction Management from Southern Illinois University back in 2001.

I am currently a student pursuing a bachelors degree in International Business and i have my sites set towards real estate.
