Hi I’m a 17 year old and I’m completely in love with real estate and I am going into college soon and I was was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a degree I should go for involving real estate? Or if I should not go to college and find a mentor?

This is kind of like asking "Should I eat a chocolate or vanilla ice cream cone, or a piece of pie, or should I skip dessert altogether?"

- What are your interests? What would you study in college?

- Where would you go to college? What kind of costs would you have?

- How long would you go to college? 2 year community? 4 year bachelors? 6 year master?

- How much money do you have to invest in real estate?

- ETC

Without knowing anything else about you, if I had to answer I would say go to college. I have a doctorate and I've never regretted going to college, despite the fact that I don't need any degree to buy and sell houses. My degrees helped me get good day jobs that allowed me to accumulate money to buy real estate.
