Looking for Guidance

Hello, I’m Demetrius Cromartie and I’m currently looking for a real estate investor and real estate developer guidance for the Charlotte Metropolitan area. I’ve graduated from UNC-Charlotte with a Bachelors in Geography so I have exposure to urban planning methods. I’ve always had a strong interest in development since I was a child and every time I see a rezoning sign or a “coming soon” sign I get extremely excited. I’m self-educating myself and learning the ropes of real estate development and investing but I want to get exposure in that field. Getting involved with mixed-use, TODs, and multi-family developments have always been my passion. As for real estate investing, my goal is to start attaining rental properties in 3 years. I’m more than welcome to donate my time just so I can get the experience I need to succeed in this amazing field. If there is anyone who can pass on great knowledge please message me.
