Hello all,

My name is Nick and i am new to the REI world. I came across BP a few weeks ago through reddit. After taking a Brandon Turner webinar, i've become pretty hooked. I've read "...no money down" on audiobook and listen to several BP podcasts. I am currently a student pursuing a bachelors degree in International Business and i have my sites set towards real estate. I am eager to get started while I am in school and would like to start my investing in Baltimore multi fams, perhaps the Hampden or Charles Village area.

Hey @Nicholas Whited

Welcome to BP.  The decision to invest in real estate is one that will certainly pay off if you stay the course and do just as much studying of your niche as you do for your college degree. Take your time and study some information related to what you are looking to do on this site and Im sure you will be successful.  Till Then Stay Inspired
