*Cheap fast Demo work (rip out cabinets/floor/suspended drop ceiling/bathroom floor vanity/whole house trim)*Electrician (add a few outlets for appliances - reasonably priced)*Strip, repaint wood trim (this old gem has a ton of it!) 

Maybe throw in a primer/sealer stain killer and repaint of the areas where there are now water stains..

It also depends on what the other kitchens on comparable houses look like.If you are going for flip, then probably remove wallpaper, repaint, possibly replace what appears to be laminate flooring.

You are most likely going to have to repaint.

If that is a violation of the lease or they did damage during the painting, or really poor job then you charge what it actually costs to repaint the rooms properly.

I actually rented a house without repainting it once.  

We need a thorough cleaning and we've decided to re-paint the entire unit or maybe just one room.What's your process?

For example, I am expecting to re-paint every 3-5 years.  

Short version:  Is it cheaper to have 100 year old two story house with 4 layers of paint stripped and repainted or to have the siding ripped off and replaced?  

We also repainted and kept a nice neutral painted job and put brand-new neutral carpets.
