It also depends on what the other kitchens on comparable houses look like.If you are going for flip, then probably remove wallpaper, repaint, possibly replace what appears to be laminate flooring.

If that is a violation of the lease or they did damage during the painting, or really poor job then you charge what it actually costs to repaint the rooms properly.
