Hello all!

Just closed a my first duplex in GV, looking for a few great recommendations! Hoping yall wouldn't mind helping with some great references you've worked with.... 

*Cheap fast Demo work (rip out cabinets/floor/suspended drop ceiling/bathroom floor vanity/whole house trim)

*Electrician (add a few outlets for appliances - reasonably priced)

*Strip, repaint wood trim (this old gem has a ton of it!) 

*Flooring/tile install (easy 12x12 tiles in bath, new laminate/bamboo in kitchen)

Your help is greatly appreciated :).
