We currently have around 25-40 people coming to our events each month and wanted to do something with more group involvement than having a guest speaker (like we've done in the past). 

Martin - for the 2day Summitt, is there a list of the time and day the speakers are going to make their presentations?

We have active investors who bring deals to the table and we bring in guest speakers who aren't just selling something, they teach you things you need to know and add real value to your investments/business.  

Each month we have some very good speakers and it is free.

At our local REIA meetings they have guest speakers and some are local and they have additional seminars or boot camps you can sign up.

I joined a Real Estate Investment Club and got caught up in all the different speakers selling their programs.

Lots of great speakers (several who have done podcasts and are very active on BP).  

You can arrive at any time but from 6:00 - 6:45 PM they'll have a Q&A which is very helpful for newbies and this month there will be no special speaker and the rest of the meeting will be very interactive with a lot of participation (more Q&A, experiences from knowledgeable folks, good stories and bad, information about property valuation, etc.).
