Hi Everyone,

I have been listening to this podcast for a few years now. I have been active in Real Estate since 2008. I have been doing some deals on and off. It's now time for me to take this as serious and turn my 'hobby' into an actual business. I've done a handful of deals and am now going back to the basics with wholesaling single family properties in the greater Puget Sound area. 

I look forward to meeting everyone on the forum.
