Placer County,CA RE professional, new to personal RE investing

I have been a mortgage professional for almost three decades.  I have had a CA RE broker license for almost three decades as well.  I have a CA General Contractors license that is currently in active.  My educational background includes a BS in Real Estate & Land Use and Finance from California State University, Sacramento.

I have not been overly motivated to invest in real estate, but my lack of confidence in equities markets has created new motivation.

I am interested in exploring all aspects of investment and looking forward to active investment.
