Hi All,

My husband and I run a Millennial Real Estate Investors Subgroup under our REIA in Phoenix and want to do a group activity in July with our attendees. We currently have around 25-40 people coming to our events each month and wanted to do something with more group involvement than having a guest speaker (like we've done in the past). Does anyone have any ideas for group activities to get the room thinking and involved? We are definitely going to do a I have/I want session, but are hoping for some other ideas from other group facilitators/real estate instructors on how to keep the group engaged. Thanks in advance!
