I am also aware of assisted living facilitites and services offered in the Warner Robins community, as I assume this is their reason for place of choice.

We are open to it being rented out or bought for an assisted living space.

One of the contacts I made during the pandemic told me that he would be willing to sell me his Assisted Living facility (which happens to be right across the street from where I live).
