The ones at the end of the cycle struggled to finish from over building or never completed mid project and lost everything if they could not hold the fractured project until the next upturn.A lot of areas there is great demand for affordable housing but most of the areas does not want it there.

With Illinois in a total nose dive and many people wanting to flee to other states, is this a good or bad thing for wholesaling?
