The ones at the end of the cycle struggled to finish from over building or never completed mid project and lost everything if they could not hold the fractured project until the next upturn.A lot of areas there is great demand for affordable housing but most of the areas does not want it there.

Interesting stuff :-) If you're looking to save a few bucks you can skip on bull-nose tile around the perimeter of backsplash/shower/tub tile and rub a 45 degree bead of sanded caulk.

If the basement is very large you might go thicker, cut in stress fracture points, or lay in some mesh to avoid it cracking badly.

However, I also know there are millionaires that started out with nothing but a dream and a prayer just like us and ended up millionaires but are probably to busy to post here because they are currently caulking a tub or getting their hands dirty with some task that others would turn their nose up at.
