What would you do with a hoarder?

We have a 26 unit apartment under contract for a syndicated purchase to be closed in mid Nov. One of the long trem tenants (20yrs) is a hoarder. I've been in the apartment and it is full of the usual stuff you see on the reality shows with a small path to get to the bedroom and bathroom. Surprisingly it doesn't smell and she's otherwise been a good tenant. The present manager said the fire dept. said if it caught on fire they would refuse to enter the apartment and that has me worried due to a recent fire at an apartment in another city. She's not a smoker. Would you evict her when you take ownership to decrease you risk?
