I have never had any inspection or appraisal issues with 100 amp service, and most houses have electric ranges, dishwashers, microwaves etc.

@Dawn Anastasi thanks for responding the topics I listed are intuitive like you say pull down the blue bar.. on several podcast etc I have heard Brandon refer to a snippet of information and the topic was not on the blue bar above.
