Besides the 2 East MA REIA meetings you heard about in that other thread, there is the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham (2nd location in Worcester) that @Ann Bellamy organizes, there is the Boston AREIA in Medford, @Justin Silverio runs a quarterly unofficial BP meetup in (Woburn though the next meeting is onsite at a just completed project in Reading), the NEREIA in Chelmsford, on the North Shore @Mike Hurney has a couple meetings and there are a few other options as well.

The Black Diamond events that Ann hosts are fabulous ones and if you are serious about looking in Worcester then go to the Worcester meeting for this, there is also one in Waltham that I go to and love.

You should check out the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham, there is also the Boston Area REIA in Medford, being in Quincy the Eastern Mass REIA meetings in Rockland and Taunton would be pretty easy for you to get out to.
