We have not been as aggressive with our pricing and that has helped in getting a decent amount of inquiries.

This is something I had heard as well (city as agent for county in this way), but the City employee who handles HOT inquiries for the Office of Economic Development in downtown didn't know anythi g about it and told me I wouldn't owe anything.

Therefore, I will make a field trip to the zoning office and see how they respond to my inquiry.

This was just an initial inquiry on the property, wish I had more information at the time for everyone to work with.
