@Stephanie York  My clients often buy sight unseen, but I usually do a walk through and send them video.

Our conversation caused me to dive in and want to learn all about it and we both started by watching all of the Ron LeGrand videos and reading anything real estate related we could and decided to start with wholesaling.

Although I have read tons and tons of books, watch 100s of videos on REI; hearing the stories from you wonderful individuals is priceless. 

I have learned tons from watching their interviews  and Q's and A's on AskBP videos as well.

Any research you all can suggest or books/youtube videos you can recommend will be very much appreciated!

Personal stuff - I love spending as much time as possible with my 5 yr old daughter and the rest of my family, I love fitness (generally work out at least 5x a week), and I've recently developed (better late than never) a passion for real estate investing as a means of 'getting out of the rat race' as well as acquiring knowledge in general in order to better myself and share that knowledge to help others.I haven't uploaded my Pro video yet, but I plan to as soon as I get a moment so my BP peers can get a better feel (beyond the photo) for who I am.
