Buy And Hold

Hello to all BiggerPockets members!!!!!!

I'm Ernesto Martinez, I currently live in Antioch California and I love it here!.  Just last year I purchased two homes in one lot(my first and only deal so far).  And yes, I am "house hacking".  This strategy is great!.    I have a decent W2 which in conjunction with my "house hacking" situation allows me to aspire to grow in the real state business.  I am new to BiggerPockets but I have been following Josh and Brandon via YouTube for about a year now.  The wealth of information there is amazing.  I have learned tons from watching their interviews  and Q's and A's on AskBP videos as well.

As of now my main objective is to buy and hold properties thru conventional lending.  Although I'm currently working on my second deal using creative financing.  Two weeks ago I served a letter of intent to seller asking him to owner-finance his property to me.  He is willing to entertain the idea and has yet to review it.  Wish me luck!  Gutsy call I know, but Like Brandon Turner says, "Don't just learn, take action!" I'm sure there's more to the quote but this is the part that resonates the most...sorry Brandon!

In the end, like many people, I would love to achieve financial independence by investing in real estate using the passive income method.   My goal is one transaction per year however possible.  If I can do more, even better.

I'm very glad to be here!  This will be my hub moving forward for all my real estate questions and concerns.
