The Truth About Wholesaling In Ohio-Div. Real Estate Lawyers

Toledo passed the lead dust law law, not to be confused with lead paint. The damage is done and preparations must be made. No one should buy here without truly understanding the implications as the fine is $1500 per month until complied with,

The law takes effect Sept 15 but I have it on good authority the clock will be delayed until Jan 1. It will be critical to try and pass your test on 1st attempt because the certificate will the be good for 6 years verses 3.

IMPORTANT,,,all certificates expire at deed transfer and the new owner has NO GUARATEE of future passing. I have spent 8 hours with authorities and will post updates soon.

I have been contacted by several wholesale investors as of late. Deals appear worth perusing. As a licensed agent, I want to do my diligence as it relates to license law.
