I personally like to budget 3-6 months worth of cash just in case this does happen where I market too high or am doing a renovation to the place and need some time to breath as renovations take place. 

By 9:30 I was sick with a head ache and nausea and Adam was having breathing issues, head aches and nausea due to the smell.

I've been basically eating, sleeping and breathing REI learning and connecting with others before even considering taking on my first deal, the reason isn't out of fear well okay maybe it is a little bit but mistakes in this business can cost you big.

I have to stop myself remember "two eyes one mouth rob" or i notice i am out of breath because I have stopped talking.

Would be nice but wouldn't hold my breath.  

Everything should be slowing down by then and I can breath. :-)

I watched a seminar on youtube where the guy mentioned "when you want to be successful as bad as you want to breathe, then you will be successful".

Anytime there's speculation that the Fed is going to alter this rate, the market waits with baited breath.

This is, of course, assuming the ARV gives you enough breathing room to comfortably repay the loan + interest while still securing your target profit.Seems like you have a few options.

Hopefully it gives them enough breathing room to stabilize over the long run.Cheers!
