I go with couches, cushions, curtains, wall art, dining set, and even open a cookbook in the kitchen to a recipe I like!

I’d rather make half as much from my car, couch or the beach than all of it from my knees. 

There is also a good sized loft on the second floor that will have a pull out couch.

I quit my job to start flipping couches while my wife and I travel in search of our next house-hack.

What I have learned from investing over the better part of a decade is that there is no scenario where you can buy something and then lay on the couch the rest of your life and throw your phone in the trash.

Maybe a game room and add a bunkbed or pullout couch.

. $1500 for the leather couch, $60 for small print out artwork and $200 for the large hand painted artwork over couch, bedframes I got from a startup called Thuma which is solid wood high quality easy to put together yourself for $995 each compared to $1500+ at stores for comparable quality, I highly recomend Thuma and no they don't pay me to say this haha.

I have picked up nice couches at affordable prices from outlet stores.  

I try to tell them please just go on BP and read information and also you can go to book stores for free and sit on the chair or couch and read the beginners books.
