What do you with a giant shop to add more value to my short term rental

Question

I'm looking at purchasing this property in the country on 8 acres in Texas and renting it out as a short-term rental. I'm finding there are a lot fewer regulations once you step out of the city. I want to stack this home full of amenities like a game room, movie room, etc. There's this huge shop for storing a boat but I'm trying to figure out anything else I could do with this space to add more value to the rental. (also sorry for the typo in the title. I can't figure out how to edit it)

Event center to book out for larger events, Yoga retreats, small weddings, etc.

You could turn it into a large amenities facility if you have the means to finish it out and add what it would need to be a comfortable space. Or rent it out as a storage unit for someone that needs a place to store items, covered storage for a boat, RV, etc.

Game room. Use the space inside the home for additional sleeping options. Use the shop as the game room so people can split into different spaces, kids can make noise while parents prep dinner or watch a movie, etc.

@Trina P.  square footage and location of the huge shop matter also climate control, power, and water. If it is far from the main property the best use might be as storage.

Close by with water and power you have a lot more options.

Maybe a game room and add a bunkbed or pullout couch.

Sure @Trina P.! There is a ton of ways to go with that space depending on what it is.

Does it have power? Does it have water/sewer to it? How big is it? What is the ceiling height?

A bit more info would be helpful. :)
