My only problem is I don't know anyone that is willing to do it. i marketed it on my social media and nobody seemed to want to do it.

Consolidate and integrate, hopefully in my backyard, but not opposed to OOS.  

Right now I spend a lot of time analyzing deals and writing up offers (via Docusign, which I am generally happy with) and it'd be great to have something that could easily integrate and pull useful MLS data into an analysis sheet.

Does anyone know how to social media as an effective replacement for in person networking?
