There's quite a bit of threads on the same topic weekly - you'll find plenty of markets shared.What will help you figure what market to invest in will be answering a few questions for yourself: are you willing to travel to that market, what is your buy box, are you seeking appreciation or cash flow more, do you have or reasonably can garner an edge in that market (ie - can you build a great team).

I think younger travelers and groups with younger guests find this more appealing.

Considering traveling nurses/workers, as well as seasonal rental for ND home games (also a huge Fighting Irish family).

Short-term rentals can be a great starting point, especially in markets with high tourism or business travel.

Travelers, Farmers, Steadily are some who allow this model.

I'm doing quite a bit myself but the cast iron part is a job bigger than I can handle.Any recommendaitons for rough-in plumbers in NJ and willing to travel about 15 miles outside of Newark?

I (barely) watched some of the podcasts cause BP shows up on my youtube feed when I travel.
