Hey everyone! Here’s a bit about me. I was born and raised in my targeted investing area. I know the area like the back of my hand and believe Indiana has tons of upside to invest in.

I came from a low-middle-class family of teachers. We always had what would be a necessity, but everything I had to do would be on my own. This led me to have an extreme ambition of trying to give my future family the things I didn't get. I started my professional career in medical device sales and still do that full-time. I am a high performer and run my own territory. I have some flexibility but rely heavily on my team for admin work and the day-to-day operations of property management. However, I am still very hands-on for my management business, typically logging 80 hours a week between my two jobs. The goal is to continue growing the management business with our portfolio. I started investing in mid-2021 but really got going in 2023. I have 30 units across 15 properties between northern Indiana and Indianapolis. Our plan is to own $100 million worth of real estate by 2030 and become the premier property management business in all of Indiana. My biggest goal for 2024 is to be around more like-minded people. I look forward to being involved with bigger pockets and am excited to connect.
