Having trouble finding a good plumber?

I'm having trouble finding a good plumber in my area. I have one that is a good fix-it man, but I'm doing a full gut reno and I need help removing a cast iron sewer stack and rough-in 2 bathrooms and kitchen to this new stack. My fix-it guy took a look and never called me back and others I've spoken to either don't seem like they know what they are doing or seem a bit shady. I'm doing quite a bit myself but the cast iron part is a job bigger than I can handle.

Any recommendaitons for rough-in plumbers in NJ and willing to travel about 15 miles outside of Newark?
