We built two homes side by side on infill lots with a lot value of $20k each and hard construction costs of $196k (builder’s fee not included).

It sounds like you've absorbed a bunch of problems already and a new sewer line and the current basement situation will cost you way less than the $50K in fees to sell it. 

I have done it with some contractors taking Paypal where you can use a credit card on that site with a fee, or QuickBooks is another one too.

HostGPO charges you a fixed monthly membership fee.

For a legal service dog, you cannot charge a pet fee or deposit or pet rent because a legal service dog is considered an appliance, not a pet.

To estimate expenses, consider setting aside a percentage for management fees, plus costs for cleaning and utilities.

For your payout, I don't know the full story but Airbnb doesn't cover extra fees including cleaning fees.

Especially after capex, vacancy, management fees, etc etc.
