Anyone using RentRedi for rental payments? Good or bad?

I’m considering it and looking for feedback. Thanks.

I've been using RentRedi since January 1. I switched over from RentecDirect. It's easy to set up and use. Seems like a small company that is growing, so customer service is really good. Choosing landlord software is often about what kinds of features you need. RentecDirect had MORE than I needed, so why pay for it? I switched to RentRedi and I'm glad I did.
