Has anyone had luck with paying contractors with a credit card?

As a long-time GC, I wouldn't care how you paid me. But I would charge the extra 3% to cover my costs. Are you just trying to get points? Do the math, it my not be worth the trouble. And a lot of old school GCs may not have the ability to take a CC and may not care to learn how to...
Main question is: why do you want to do this? I would prefer a check myself. Even better than cash (Patriot Act Etc)
