I'd probably start working towards upping that to at least a bachelors as you will undoubtedly experience ups and downs in your career.  

However, you can say i'm used to paying a lot of money for education because i've completed 2 Bachelor's degrees - One from University of Western Ontario (my home town) and the other from University of Cincinnati, to which I paid out of state the entire time I was there.

I thought to myself, I went to college and received a Bachelors Degree to tell someone to flush the toilet--what happened?

Currently about to fulfill the requirements for my bachelors of science degree from Montclair State University.

I attended the University of Kansas and earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering. 

I want to go back to school for to finish my bachelors then masters in business, due to the economy and to set examples for my children.

Of course there is more to my story, so let me give you a short background on my situation.Soon, I am graduating from a university with Bachelor's degrees in both Finance and Economics.

My first goal that I want out of real estate investing would be to buy a live in property and rent out the rest of the rooms and have someone else pay (or help pay) my mortgage so I can work less and go back to school to finish up my bachelors.
