23 year old starting career into RE. Located in Northern NJ

Hello everyone, To begin I would like to introduce myself, my name is Dylan Tusinac, I am 23 years old and located in northern New Jersey. Currently about to fulfill the requirements for my bachelors of science degree from Montclair State University. I also just finished passing my NJ state real estate test! My life has taken a different route than I originally intended, that is in the world of real estate. I truly wish to dive into a career within commercial real estate come September. Whether that be by starting out within entry level job or even an internship. Along the side of my main career I wish to begin wholesaling, rentals, multi families and other investing opportunities. If anyone has any good insight, or any other similar experiences please feel free to share. I hope to be able to network and build relationships with some of you that are in the same boat I am! Hey @Dylan Tusinac , it sounds like you have a good plan to get started with real estate. I'd recommend reading as much as you can about wholesaling on BP if that's the direction you want to head in.
