I am ready to list my first rental property in the Nashville area.

But I live in Nashville, and right now, prices are so inflated, it's insane.

I'm in Nashville and would like to do the same thing, just curious:Who has done that?

I'm living in Nashville, TN right now and trying to choose a realtor to work with, so if anyone has recommendations for someone familiar with house hacking and first time buyers in this area please let me know!

Hello, my partner and I are ramping up our real estate business in the greater Nashville area. 

Just purchased a flip in Nashville.

In my area the rent calculator is off because we have recently experienced a boom in housing values over the last year due to some huge industrial growth, as well as the market being 'pushed' up by Nashville increasing so rapidly.
