Rental housing demand in Nashville

Hey! I am ready to list my first rental property in the Nashville area. What is the demand for rentals like right now? Are the phones ringing? I just spoke to my brother looking for a rental out in CA and he is up against hundreds of other applicants for each application he fills out! Crazy!

So what’s the story here in the Nashville/Davidson County market? Should I be expecting a high volume of interest or should I price the unit very safely right now.

Thanks guys!
