Looking to House Hack and network in Nashville area
Hey everyone! I'm moving to the Nashville area later this year and I'm really wanting to house hack or do a live-in-flip. I own a few buy and hold properties in the Midwest and I'd like to expand to the Nashville area, but right now I'm really looking for a place to live while getting a jump start on investing in the area!
I don't know the area very well, but I've got a lot of hustle and I'm looking to connect with people and grow my knowledge!

What’s up Luke? What you’re describing is how I got my start.
My recommendation would be look in the 1960’s sfh ranches with basements.
I don’t think you can go wrong in most areas of Nashville if you can find the right price.
I’m an agent now as well. Happy to look in the same areas I would look if it were me!
Thanks,
David
