@Ash Clarke I have heard of people setting up rentals as a "layover house" for the airline industry for flight attendants and pilots that routinely fly the same route that want to have a room in their non-home city that they can go to instead of a hotel.

Try forcing that on a tenant and you’ll at least be crediting rent if not getting them a hotel room if it’s in the summer or the winter.
